Processing time is shown separately for each product. Delivery time begins when your tracking number is provided and ends when the carrier marks the package delivered. Every order includes tracking.
Quality issue support
Quality issue support
Custom orders may be canceled only before production begins. After production starts, they cannot be canceled or returned because of a change of mind. For a quality problem, contact Petlux within 20 calendar days after delivery with current, authentic photos and an accurate description. After staff review, Petlux may approve a remake or a return and refund. The customer pays the applicable shipping cost, and every refund requires the original item to be returned and inspected.
