1. Processing Time

Orders will be processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Customized items (such as Custom Pet Nameplate and Custom Pet Image Pillow) require individual production and will be dispatched within 5–7 business days after payment.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

We currently ship internationally to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Sweden, and the United States.

The above timeframes are for reference only. Actual delivery times may vary due to destination country, customs clearance, and public holidays.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your parcel in real time on the relevant carrier's platform.

5. Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. All customs duties and import taxes are covered by Petlux — there are no additional charges for the buyer. The price you pay at checkout is the final price you pay.

6. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and provide relevant photos or supporting documentation. We will do our best to assist you with a claim or arrange a replacement shipment.
