1. Acceptance and eligibility

By using this store, you agree to these terms and confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity required in your location.

2. Product information

We work to keep product photos, prices, measurements, materials, care instructions and availability accurate. Product claims are published only when supported by the information available to Petlux. We may correct errors or update information before accepting an order.

3. Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. Petlux may cancel and refund an order when an item is unavailable, information is incorrect, payment risk cannot be resolved or fulfillment is not possible. Out-of-stock products should not remain available for purchase.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices and checkout are in U.S. dollars. Petlux currently accepts PayPal only. Payment information is processed by PayPal and Shopify; Petlux does not ask customers to send passwords or payment credentials through chat or social media.

5. Duties and import taxes

Duties and import taxes are covered by Petlux. No additional import charges are due upon delivery. Shipping charges, when applicable, are disclosed before payment.

6. Shipping, returns and quality issues

Processing, tracking and delivery information is described in the Shipping Policy. Petlux does not offer no-reason returns. Quality-related requests must follow the Return & Refund Policy.

7. Customer reviews

Verified-buyer labels are based on order validation. Reviews may be moderated for spam, unlawful content, privacy, abuse, irrelevance or clear falsification. Genuine negative opinions are not rejected solely because they are unfavorable.

8. Prohibited activity

You must not use the store for fraud, unlawful activity, infringement, security interference, impersonation, abusive behavior or unauthorized collection of customer or store data.

9. Intellectual property

Store content may not be copied, republished or used commercially without permission, except where applicable law allows otherwise.

10. Availability and liability

The store is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Petlux is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of China, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to the customer. The parties should first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith communication.
